RideInn carries a one year manufacturer’s warrantee against failure of parts due to manufacturing defect.
RideInn further warrants the mechanical function of the structure to five years under normal use. This does not cover the finish of the mechanicals nor the canvas cover.
The RideInn canopy is warranted to be waterproof for one year provided that no physical damage to the canopy is evident. Fading of the colors is not warranted.
RideIn will replace defective parts upon receipt and inspection of the component at our Maryland warehouse. If deemed to be defective, we will gladly promptly replace the component at no charge to the customer other than shipping and handling. Contact us if you have found any missing hardware from your RideInn.

WATERPROOF/WEATHER PROOF/WINTER STORAGE

The RideInn product features a WATERPROOF canvas canopy. Water will not
penetrate through the canvas material as it is a completely double layered and
double stitched seam with waterproof threading. The canvas material is made of
woven polypropylene with a heat applied PVC inner skin that does not require
any sealants, protective sprays or coatings. In fact, do not use any other product
other than a mild soap and water wash.

Winter Storage
The RideInn can be used for winter storage and its structure and canopy will
withstand the worst that winter can offer with a snow load bearing capacity of
over 150 lbs. It is extremely resistant to high winds.

Precautions:
The RideInn like any other un-insulated structure be it a metal, plastic or wood
shed or any other soft shelled canopy can form condensation in its interior walls.
To keep moisture from forming, we would recommend that a vapor barrier be
installed under any floor that the
RideInn is installed on. This will keep moisture
from the ground from accumulating. Ensure that the vents are fully opened to reduce
the interior to exterior temperature differential which if the dew point is reached, can
form water droplets inside. We recommend against the starting and warming of a
vehicle and its immediate covering during this time. It is best left to hibernate and in
fact many manufacturers agree that during long period storage, a vehicle is best left
alone. Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations. We would also
recommend after a snow fall that you brush off the snow from the top of the canopy.
This precaution is meant to reduce the temperature differential between the exterior
and interior skin which again reduces the formation of condensation during warmer
outdoor temperatures. When storing your vehicle, apply a good quality wax, light oil
layer again as suggested and recommended by the manufacturer of the vehicle.
Please realize that nothing is better than a heated garage for storage. The
RideInn
is simply offered as an alternatively skinned cold storage structure and that all of the
above recommendations would be applicable regardless.
